It’s All in The Details

Are you seeking wedding day paper that seamlessly combines beauty with practicality? The possibilities for personalized details are truly endless. From custom menus featuring guest names to ceremony programs that double as fans for warmer months, there are countless ways to add thoughtful touches to your celebration. Today, I’m excited to share some of the delightful details we created for Carolina and Jeff’s wedding day.

A special thank you to the exceptional team at Kristi Marie Events for their flawless planning and execution of this stunning wedding at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Their attention to detail and dedication made this event truly memorable.

First, we created beautiful ceremony fans that featured a detailed timeline of the evening’s events, ensuring guests could effortlessly transition from one moment to the next while staying comfortable during the ceremony.

For the reception, a custom watercolor bar menu, complete with hand-painted illustrations of signature drinks by yours truly, added a personal touch to the celebration. This charming detail can also serve as a keepsake for the couple’s home bar, bringing a touch of their special day into their everyday lives.

Custom dinner menus, adorned with wax seals featuring the couple’s monogram, added elegance to each place setting. To enhance the dining experience, each guest’s name card was color-coded to correspond with their meal choice, streamlining meal service for the wait staff.

The escort card wall featured elegant envelopes that echoed the design of the couple’s custom wedding invitation envelopes, adding a cohesive and stylish touch to the overall aesthetic.

Finally, custom signage added a personal touch to each event of the day.

When planning your event, I’d love to share the endless ways to personalize the experience for you and your guests. Little details make a big difference in the overall experience!

Warmly,

Ashley
